|
KW-4AC是专门针对含有光敏剂的薄膜固化而设计的。它有四个紫外灯，波长为365nm/245nm。可以固化的基片尺寸为6英寸，基片在电机的带动下会以6RPM的速度转动，保证能够均匀固化。内置的连锁装置安全门可以防止紫外线泄露，保证操作人员的安全。
KW-4AC UV is specially designed for curing photosensitive coatings and thin films. It equips two UV light sources with radiations at 365 nm and 245 nm. The coated substrates up to 6?in diameter will be rotated at 6 rpm to ensure uniform curing. The built-in interlock door to prevent the exposure of UV radiation gives safe operation.
